A flat for two people overlooking Bushy Park and just five minutes from the river, searching for a second person to share with. Sharing an equipped kitchen, bathroom and living area with only a short walking and cycling commute to train stations such as Hampton station, Teddinton station and Hampton Court Palace station and National Physical Laboratory. This flat was modernized with easy to clean surfaces. Parking is available down the drive which is a quiet, no through road with bus stop 200 meters away. The bedroom going spare, is potentially furnished and have space for double bed.

The rent is £1200 PCM shared across 2 people with bills not included. The bills' breakdown are: average £100 monthly for electrics and gas from Bulb on variable rate tariff, £25-36 monthly for water from Thames Water, £47 monthly for broadband from Virgin Media and £163 monthly for council tax. This approximates to a total bill of £350 per month. You will need a budget of about £750-800. The suppliers for electrics and gas can be changed on mutual agreement between me and new flatmate.

The tenancy will be 12 months with deposit with agreement from my landlord. The new flatmate will need to be credit checked and have references. My landlord will ask Martin and Co. to arrange this on our behalf.

I am an active individual who enjoys the outdoors, horse riding, kayaking and swimming. i do also like to stay in to watch films, read books, make something or play board games.
