The Room - Fully furnished with fitted wardrobe, drawers, double bed, desk & chair.
There is a large shared bathroom next door, usually shared with one another person.
The House - There is a large kitchen/dinning room were you can prepare food and eat, you will have your own cupboard space.
There is wireless broadband, all bills are included, also included is a weekly clean of the communal areas.
About us - Myself and my 2 sons live in the house with our lovable dog.
I work from home as a therapeutic practitioner and would kindly ask the house is kept quiet and peaceful during that time.
The Room would suit - A working professional who is looking for a peaceful, clean place, during the week. You must be a non smoker and it is essential you like dogs, as our dog loves to cuddle.
We are a friendly family but we like our own space, so you must be independent.
We have had lodgers for many years and many off them have stayed long term as they have found the enviroment pleasant.
We are in a good location for gyms, parks and transport, 5 mins walk from train station, 2mins walk to 111 & R70 bus stop.
