Single room, clean, for quiet professional

I am looking for a calm, peaceful person - professional male or female - who can move in quietly and get settled with ease. Complete non-smoker only.

I have a good-sized single room, available for a lodger (not a full house share tenancy) in my family home in Hampton which is clean and well maintained.

Recently purchased high quality divan bed, freshly laundered, line dried mattress protectors and fitted sheet supplied.

Clean microwave, fridge and kettle in bedroom. You are also welcome to use my kitchen in evenings for light meals such as cooking vegetables, fish, rice, pasta, chicken, oven pies, pizzas etc.

Desk and swivel office chair.

Upmarket area in a quiet, tree-lined road.

There is one other lodger in the home and a separate bathroom.

Rent is £450 a month. All bills and Wifi included. Free parking outside house.

Short term rental of 3 months or longer term is fine.

A cleaner comes in regularly as a complimentary service.

Train station to Waterloo and bus stops to Kingston, Heathrow, Teddington, Richmond and Twickenham are 5-10 minutes’ walk. Convenient access to A3, A316, major motorways.

Post office, pharmacy, dry-cleaning, butcher, greengrocer, lots of lovely local cafés, Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury, small corner shops all very close/walking distance.

For safety of all, please respect basic Covid 19 precautions:

1. Sleep with window at least an inch partly opened to eliminate moisture-laden atmosphere, carrying spores, germs, microbes and build-up of room mould.
2. Maintain bathroom cleanliness, respecting others.
3. No cough, fever, fatigue or other related symptoms or within past month.
4. Not in contact with anyone with Covid 19 symptoms.

I lived in the double room for more than a year and it was really a nice stay. I really liked the good solid mattress, quite area, and fresh air. I always had good sleep. I also enjoyed walking and running in the Bushy Park. It is a beautiful park with all aspects of wild life. The house is in a beautiful neighbourhood.
Everyone in the house was friendly and respectful. Sandy was patient and always ready to help and support. She does her best to make you feel you live with a house mate and not the landlord. She is also not greedy and offers her rooms for fair prices compared to others.
