Double en-suite room in family house

The bright and airy room is in our family house and comprises a comfortable double bed with en-suite shower and WC.

There is a kitchenette with a washing machine and tumble dryer in an adjacent room, this is shared with one other lodger who is a female studying at Hampton Court Palace , there is no shared living space.

The room itself is furnished with light furniture including a wardrobe, shelving and desk but there is room for additional pieces and under-bed storage. The private en-suite bathroom has a power shower and full length mirror.

The room is ideal for a student or someone looking for accommodation during the working week, and the rent includes all bills, heating and wi-fi.

We are a five minute walk from Fulwell train station (which serves London Waterloo) and have fantastic transport links to Richmond, Kingston, Hampton Court and Heathrow Airport.

Hampton Hill high street and Bushy Park are a five minute walk away, where there are good local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

We are a family of two with 1 small but friendly dog , the house is large and social distancing is not a problem
