We are a 12 minute walk from Fulwell BR station to Waterloo and near a number of bus routes to surrounding areas including Heathrow. 0.7 miles from large supermarket, high street with small local shops, pubs and cafes, open air pool, sports club, golf courses and Bushy Park.

Bills and council tax included. Cleaning of room can be arranged for small extra cost.

We are looking for an honest, responsible, considerate and reasonably quiet but friendly person to share our home, someone who is quiet in the morning and late at night and who tidies up after themselves!

Strictly no smoking, drugs, extreme swearing or blasphemy please!

Now our sons have grown up and left home we have space to share and would like to welcome someone who will appreciate the peaceful location and facilities of the area. I used to work in a primary school for many years and my husband in business.

Interests of landlords: sports, films, current affairs, theatre, health and wellness, cycling, kayaking, canoeing, walking.
