Looking for someone to rent a double room in my place ASAP. Will be renting with two other 25 year old males and a 24 year old female. The room is available from the start of April
We are all friendly and sociable outgoing house mates who are full time workers.
The room is a double room with a king sized bed which will be staying, as well as the set of drawers. The stand with the DJ equipment can be undrilled from the wall and will make up a lot of space.
The room has a wardrobe build in it so there is no need to bring anohter.
The house is semi detached with 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
We also have a huge garden and a really big driveaway.
We are a close walk to the 290 bus stop.
The 490 a month covers all bills including a weekly cleaner.
