Large Double Bedroom

Hi,
I am looking for a female flat mate. Shared bathroom and kitchen. I am looking for someone who is tidy and respectful. I live with my four year old daughter (who is an absolute gem) and two caged dwarf hamsters. I am a non vegetarian and the home is smoke free. Both me and my daughter are friendly and very sociable. We would therefore be interested in a flat mate who is easy to get along with and befriend. It’s on the second floor (building is ground + 2 floors), no lift. The home is fully furnished. If you drive, I have a parking permit at no additional cost. The closest tube stations are Harrow on the Hill (Metropolitan Line) and South Harrow (Piccadilly). The property is just at the bottom of Roxeth Hill and there are numerous and frequent buses to both stations. I do not mind you using any of my appliances, homeware i. e utensils, Crockery, appliances, hair dryer, hair straightens, iron, bedding, washing machine, etc as long as you are respectful and handle them with care. Fast fibre broadband, TV with Netflix, etc included in price. I occasionally work from home, but am based in the City (for work). I travel into work from Harrow & Wealdstone station (Bakerloo & National Rail into Euston) and park close by. I’m open to giving you a lift if you are willing to share the cost of parking. Any questions, please ask. I will be hiring a cleaner to clean the shared spaces once a week.
