One cosy furnished single room to rent in a four-bed, maisonette located five minutes walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill station and the town centre. Our flat has a shared kitchen/living space, bathroom and separate toilet and a large shared garden.

£500 per month covers rent and all bills including high speed fibre optic internet.

Hi, we're Ludo, Emma and Connor - young, fun, easy-going and open-minded professionals, with an eccentric flair and a passion for the arts. We are sociable and like a chat and the occasional drink but also respect each others' privacy. LGBT+ friendly household, we welcome a flatmate of any gender or sexual orientation. It's important to us that our new housemate takes Covid-19 precautions seriously and respects the household. We are happy to show you around and go for a drink or answer any questions you have over video chat / WhatsApp.

Ludo:
Hi, I'm Ludo (she/her), and I joined the Flat in September 2017. I am a 25 y. o Italian immigrant, I love making art, spending time with cats, and reading. I have been working from home as an art writer and strive to have a mug for every day of the week to truly become a 'WFH goddess'. So far I have a 'Monday' one down, six to go.
Ps. There is a genuine possibility I will ask you to try my banana bread and other strange, baking experiments.

Emma:
I'm a 24 y/o queer person who joined the flat last year (Nov 2019). I didn't know Connor or Ludo before moving in, but their friendly personalities and great sense of humour made me feel at home right away! I enjoy hiking, rock climbing (we live a 5 min walk from the UK's largest bouldering climbing centre: Harrowall), caring for plants, and discussing memes/vines/tiktok.

Connor:
I'm Connor, vaguely 24yr's old. I moved in 4 years ago whilst finishing my BA, and have since gone on to work at the university helping art students with techy things like virtual reality and 3D printing. My personal art practises often takes me on long walks with my film camera. I'm pretty extrovertive and social, but I still manage to respect when people need some space! I love cooking, (we try to have flat meals for birthdays and such but no obligations!) I rather enjoy a good drink n dance with pals but am also just as happy with a board game :)

- Shared television, board games, games consoles, Hi-Fi
- Lots of houseplants
- Christmas tree with garish decorations (up for 1/3rd of the year)

Maisonette located on a quiet residential road 5 mins walk from Harrow town centre (shopping centre, cinema, pubs, restaurants, gym, and various grocery stores). We are friendly with our neighbours and have many parks nearby.
