I have a large room available from 30th June.
The house is based in harrow, with free parking. There is a bus stop outside that takes you right to Northwick Park station where you can get to central london in 35 minutes.

Rent is £850 including all bills

You would be living with one other person (the landlord) who is lovely, easygoing and is out of the house most of the time. She is looking for someone who is clean, tidy, easygoing and does not work from home no more than 1/2 days a week. Access to bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden..

Looking for someone to start of 3 months contract to see how it goes (it is a small flat and I’d prefer the socialising to take place outside of the home) and no overnight guest..

Proof of ID:

Driving license ID, or Passport ID,
Proof of employment
3 months payslips, or 3 months bank statements & 1 Months Deposit. One month’s Rent upfront.

One months notice if either party wish to end the contract.

House Rules and Contract will be provided.
