AFFORDABLE accommodation offered in HARROW, HA1 area, excellent opportunity for a Female preferred who can speak Urdu and is looking to live in a lovely home.
We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help/support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
• The nearest London Underground services is Piccadilly Line South Harrow Underground Station (Zone 5 ) and is approx. 10 minutes’ walk.
• Harrow-on-the-Hill provided by the Metropolitan line (Zone 5), it is a short bus or a 20-minute walk.
• Travel time to King’s Cross station is approx 42 minutes
• There a number of bus stops near the home.
• The home situated on a urban village with a famous school at its heart. It is just 15 minutes to central London, too.
• There are a number of shops, restaurants nearby.
• With excellent links to the heart of the capital, a wealth of excellent local amenities and lots of luscious greenbelt only a stone's throw away

.HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her early 90’s and lives in a lovely spacious 4 bedroom detached home in one of Harrow on the Hill’s luscious greenbelt roads.
She has lived in the family home for a very long time but now lives alone but her two sons live close by.

Her family would really appreciate the support from having a caring Urdu speaking female homesharer to support her in her lovely spacious home, with some help with cooking a meal occasionally and some companionship, the family feel this would help give them peace of mind that she will be secure in her own home especially at night.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious four bed detached home, there is a large living room, separate kitchen and dining room, There is a lovely well-maintained garden.
The homesharer will have a double bedroom with a bed, separate bathroom, wardrobe, desk, separate bathroom, as the householder has her own ensuite, there is a toilet downstairs. The window in bedroom overlooks the well-maintained garden.
She has another spare room for family and guest who visit occasionally.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised
