The room is a big furnished double room for £650 a month. + 1 month deposit.
We have a communal living room + roof terrace...
The Property
4 bedrooms (2 upper floor, 2 lower floor)
1 living room - TV, Fully furnished, dining area, speakers for the roof (for summer nights)
1 bathroom- shower, toilet, bath and sink,
1 kitchen - fully equipped, white appliances include washing machine, microwave, oven and hob, 2 fridge freezers, each house mate has their own large cupboard too and a pantry too for extra storage.
1 roof terrace - with BBQ, seating area and table - very private from the street level
The house is a good balance of friends and house mates. We respect each other and expect the same.
We're all working professional, mostly working Monday to Friday.

Watford approx. 20mins on the bus
