I am a friendly professional live in landlord looking to rent one of my double rooms. I am looking for a single person who is clean, tidy and respectful.

There is a choice of two clean and comfortable furnished rooms with double bed, wardrobe and storage cupboards.

Both rooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom overlooks the back garden the monthly cost for this room is £600 per month included all bills & Wi-Fi. The second bedroom overlooks the front garden the cost for this room is £600 per month included all bills and Wi-Fi.

There is a good size main bathroom. I use my en-suite so you will have the use of your own bathroom.

On the Ground floor there is a shared kitchen with dining area, living room and access to a large back garden. Also, a ground floor toilet. Parking is available outside the house.

Located in a quiet residential street, close to shops and 3 bus routes.

Deposit of £600 is required.

Letting will be subject to references.

Minimum term for letting is 6 months. No couples, families or Housing Benefit.
