There is a good size main bathroom. I use my en-suite so you will have the use of your own bathroom.
On the Ground floor there is a shared kitchen with dining area, living room and access to a large back garden. Also, a ground floor toilet. Parking is available outside the house.
Located in a quiet residential street, close to shops and 3 bus routes.
Deposit of £600 is required.
Letting will be subject to references.
