Hi My Name is Monica / I; m living with my 23 yr old Son.
We are looking for a considerate person to share our home with us.

I have a lovey period mid terraced house (Victorian) & have just completed extensive works incl a new down stairs bath room to accommodate our new Lodger.
Our home is a busy one while we; re out at work during the day and at home look for relaxation after busy days.
I can offer a lovely home with a family atmosphere with shared living room and kitchen in addition to your own room ( which is situated to the front of the hse ) so you have plenty of privacy for yourself .

We also have a lovely 100 ft garden which you are welcome to use /
All mod cons are available to and I have just purchased a new mini fridge and dryer for our new Lodger & for the use of my Son.
We hope to be able to find someone with an easy going nature who will fit in with day to day life at home.
my Son & I are outgoing friendly people.
We hope to find someone who will "do their bit " around the home to keep clean and tidy . So.....We look forward to hearing from you asap !!!
Also just to mention that the property is situated in a prime location for transport links to M4 A4 Heathrow Airport Hayes & Harlington main line into London Paddington Bus routes 607 427 H 98. The property while being secluded is also to close to shops bus stops and local amenities,
Also at present the room has a king size but but this can be changed to a single if required.
