I have a double room to rent in a modern flat in hayes.

This is a short term let. The flat is currently on the market, so potential buyers will be doing viewings and you will need to keep the room tidy. From point of sale I will be able to give you 2-3 months notice. Because of this I have priced it lower than it has previously been rented for. Current rent £125 per week.

The room is decorated and comes with double bed, bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat itself is lovely. Wood floors throughout, all new furniture and appliances. There are bay windows in the living area that lead to a large balcony.

Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The block is quiet and mainly professionals living here. It is right on the Uxbridge Road with quick links to hayes, Uxbridge and close to hillingdon hospital.

Im ideally looking for a professional 25-35.
