All bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax and wifi etc). Kitchen is equipped with basic equipment (gas cooker, kettle, toaster, mincrowave and washing machine) you will have to provide your own plates/ cooking equipment.
We are looking for an individual who is clean and tidy and respects others. Friends and boyfriends can stay occasionally however please bare in mind the room is for single occupancy only.
Couple are welcome however the rent will be £500 PM.
There is shared garden as well as off road parking and ample on road parking. Property has good transport links:
