Internal door to ensuite which is accessable from the hallway aswell and is a shared shower room.

The room is located on the ground floor side bedroom. The walk in shower and toilet is also on the ground floor.


This is a large 6 bedroom family home with female middle aged owner who works from home and son 18 at collage and daughter 20 at Uni. There are three cats in the property.
Due to severe allergies, non smokers should apply.


There is a large open kitchen with use of washing machine, dining and living area.
Less than 5 mins walk to U2 Bus stop to Hillingdon Station, Uxbridge and Brunel University. Hillingdon Station is a 10 minute walk.

Short walking distance to a choice of shops.
