Cleaneing is done on a rota by housemates. Landlord will arrange for a cleaner to clean communal areas every fortnight. Housemates will pay £5 each, direct to cleaner.
Housemates must not smoke in the house. Work in a professional capacity. They must be respectful and mindful of other housemates space and privacy and be sociable. Housemate must be LGBT friendly. References may be sought.
