About the House and the available room
The end terraced house has two rooms, a bathroom and a massive kitchen with dining table on the ground floor. The available room is located on the first floor. The tenants on the first floor (ideally two people) will share the bathroom on this floor (which is the biggest bathroom in the house). The loft is en-suite and is already let to a professional couple. There is a back garden and a front parking facility in the street.

About the room:
Double room: Contains a new double bed with new wardrobes for ample storage and a fixed dressing table.

Housemate must be a non-smokers. Work in a professional capacity. They must be respectful and mindful of other housemates’ space and privacy and be sociable. References may be sought.
