Couples are welcome however the required deposit is 340 and the weekly rent is 170 pw for couples.
I do have a very friendly dog, cat and a chinchilla that live in the home so my new room mate has to be okay with animals.
I have a cleaner who comes once every 2 weeks which is included in the price of the room.
Before moving in I require two week deposit plus one weeks rent.
