***PLEASE NOTE: The house is still being renovated and should be near completion this week. My inbox and phone have been going crazy… I have even been getting offers from complete strangers who haven’t even come for a visit. It’s all been overwhelming.
I am not an estate agent… This is a lodger’s agreement as I am a live in landlord. If you are going to get in contact you will need to tell me something about yourself preferably something that matches my requirements listed below (this a home after all). You must be a UK resident / UK residences rights and the room are for single occupancy only.

* Very close to Hounslow west tube station and shops, which means easy transport to Central London, Hounslow central and Heathrow.

THE DOUBLE ENSUITE ROOM - £820
* A good sized double bedroom.

* Fully Furnished (Double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside mini Cabinet, small desk and chair).

* Acoustic windows and acoustic vent to help block out external noise (airplane noise etc)

THE DOUBLE ROOM - £800
* The largest double bedroom.
* Fully Furnished (Double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside mini cabinet, small desk and chair).
* Well decorated
* Wooden flooring
* Acoustic windows and acoustic vent to help block out external noise (airplane noise etc)

The house is very chilled out. Great after a hard day’s work to chill out in. If you are working professional, easy going, clean and respectful to others and will treat the place as a home, please read on.

RENT - The rent includes:
* Council tax
* Gas
* Electric
* Water rates
* TV license
* Broadband (1GB Virgin Media - Which is the best you can get)
* So ***ALL BILLS INCLUDED*** Including Council tax

The rate I'm asking is extremely fair... In this market, you get what you pay for as you can tell from all of the above.
All photo's taken are taken as standard and not from a wide angled camera (which estate agents are using on this site to make a room look a lot bigger than it really is). In fact, the rooms in some of the pics are bigger in person.

The Ensuite Double room £820 a Month and the large double room is £800

Rooms are priced slightly differently because the rooms are different sizes and one comes with en-suite. I've tried to be fair as possible.

Smoking is limited to the backyard and not in the house.

Sorry - Unfortunately, no couples... And due to fire safety, no Electic bikes, scooters and heaters

This is not a party house (its very chilled)... And all persons living here must be clean and tidy out of respect for others.
