RARELY AVAILABLE. We will have a large double room available WEEKDAYS ONLY ( NOT WEEKENDS ) in our lovely SIX bedroom family home in Ickenham. We live in a premium sought after location.

It's available from 1st August 2019 (NEAR UXBRIDGE) The room is large and beautifully furnished on a Monday to Friday only basis.

We own and live in the house with our 3 sons, 21, 22 and 24. One is at University and one abroad.

The room is offered for single occupancy only and will suit a considerate, non smoking ( In The house ) professional person. We have 2 cats. The cats are not allowed in the lodgers room so don't worry!
You will have use of the kitchen and there is a fridge in the garage that you can use too.

The price includes all bills, except the phone bill. Everyone uses mobiles now anyway! We have sky, so whatever we are watching will be available in your room too. WI FI is also included.
We are very conveniently located for central London. It's only a 5 minute walk to both Ickenham and Hillingdon tubes ( Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines ) and West Ruislip tube is less than 10 minutes walk away. ( Central line and Network SE ) The A40 and the M25 are within minutes of our house. It takes about 5 minutes to drive to Ruislip , much less to Hillingdon and about 7 minutes to drive to Uxbridge. The Oxford tube bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away for buses into central London or Oxford directly!

The best thing about Ickenham is it's near everything, but as it's a village it's leafy and full of character. There are even 4 great pubs within a few minutes walk away.

This will suit a professional person who requires nice comfortable friendly accommodation during the week as working away from home and returns to their family home at the weekends. Much cheaper and nicer than staying in a hotel! ;-) If you are looking for somewhere extra special you have come to the right place. We even have a hot tub ;-)
