This lovely light and airy bedroom is on the ground floor of our townhouse, it has large French doors leading onto the garden with table/chairs. There is a double bed, a good sized wardrobe with two large drawers underneath, a large desk unit with bookcase above and two more drawers below. The room is comfortable and carpeted with good quality furnishings.

You will have sole use of the shower room next to the bedroom (shower/basin/toilet) and there is a utility room with small fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer for your use.

The rental is just for the space on the ground floor, there is no shared use of the rest of the accommodation on the first and second floors. This is an attractive, well maintained three story townhouse which lends itself well to a lodger who wants their own space and independence. Please note you will be able to leave all belongings over the weekend whilst away.

There is a very regular bus route H37 into Richmond or Hounslow with bus stops 2mins walk away, the journey to each is about 10-15mins. The nearest rail stations are St Margarets and Isleworth, both about a 20mins walk or the walk into Richmond is about 20mins directly down the towpath. We are well located for the businesses on the A4, the walk is about 20-25mins or there are good bus services. You may also lock a bike to the metal railings of the gated porch at the front of the house.

We are a two minute walk to the local shops where there is a Coop, bakery, newsagents, dentist, beauty/hair salons, Chinese takeaway, a few restaurants and pubs. The estate of 40 houses is on the river, the communal gardens back directly onto the riverside and the towpath stretches in one direction towards Syon Park and the other way all the way into Richmond.
