The room has a lot of cupboard storage space, shares a bathroom and has an orthapeadic kingsize mattress giving you an amazing night’s sleep. It also has a high ceiling with a large window allowing in lots of light, fitted cupboards, free high speed WiFi and a 32 in flat screen tv.
Access through front door and internal door – very secure. Room also comes with a double lock. You'll have use of the open plan kitchen/dining area, together with shared usage of washing machine, microwave and large fridge freezer. Cleaner is also employed to ensure cleanliness. This rental needs to be viewed!
References and first month’s rent required as deposit.
