Affordable accommodation offered in PINNER – HA5 area, excellent opportunity for a Female/Male or couple, Homesharers are looking to live in a lovely home.

We are a Not-for-Profit charity in London who run a Homeshare programme, where we find Homesharers who are willing to provide approximately 10 hours a week of help, support and companionship to a householder who has a spare room.

TRANSPORT
5 mins H12 - between Stanmore and South Harrow stations
10 mins H14 between Hatch End and Northwick Park Hospital
20 mins Hatch End Main line station - Euston
25 mins Pinner Metropolitan station

HOUSEHOLDER
A lovely lady in her mid-90’s, who lives in a spacious 3 bedroom house in a lovely area of Pinner. She is an independent householder who would welcome a friendly, kind and patient Homesharer who can offer support with some companionship and the added assurance of having someone at home at night.

The ideal candidate would be a kind and friendly female/male/couple, someone who can integrate with the householder, someone who is calm, kind, patient and helpful.
She enjoys the company of people. It would be nice if the homesharer can cook an evening meal on some days.
The rest of the time the help will be discussed and agreed at the first meeting.
Her family would feel at ease knowing there is someone with their mum in the evening and at night.

ACCOMMODATION
Spacious 3 bed house, upstairs toilet and separate bathroom sink and shower. Downstairs another 2nd toilet with sink, a kitchen and double sitting room plus a dining room.
Nice garden with bench and table
The homesharer will have a large room with double bed in it. It has 2 wardrobes and one cupboard, a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. There is plenty of storage. The room overlooks very quiet leafy close.
Internet will be available

The room is available immediately subject to DBS and Reference checks and after an initial meeting has been organised.
