It is in a shared non smoking home in Northwood Hills, Pinner and the rent is £120 per week. 1 months deposit required, min stay 6 months. A Lodgers Contract is drawn up and given to the tenant/lodger. Proof of ability to pay the rent will be required as well as references.

The Person
Would suit professional person or a student in this friendly environment. No room sharing. The room advertised to rent overlooks the garden is peaceful and was occupied by a professional who has moved as his job location changed.

I am a live in landlady. I am easy going, but would really prefer non smokers and people who do not mind cleaning up after themselves. I am looking for a genuine tenant who wants to live in a nice place and is honest and trustworthy.
