Lovely flat next to station. 45 mins from central

This is a complete flat for you during the week from Monday to Friday, as my son will only be popping in during the week to collect and drop off stuff. He may only stay there very occasionally at weekends. I have serious health problems so he is currently looking after me.

It is a loft flat, spacious and bright rooms with new bathroom and kitchen. Carpeted throughout. 2 velux windows add to the brightness of the flat. Fire door in kitchen and front door. It overlooks the railway line so it can be quite noisy but the trains are not frequent and usually stop during the night.

It is very close to station, bus stops, Tesco's and local shops.

You must be clean and tidy and aware of current hygeine rules re Covid19 There are are gloves and masks available for your use if we ever visit whist you are there.

A cleaner comes in once fortnight but you are expected to keep the flat in a clean condition.

NO SMOKING allowed ever..
There is a fridge, freezer, hib, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

We are non meat eaters, occasionally eating fish so would prefer non meat better but not essential as long as no raw meat is ever kept in the fridge or freezer.
