Enjoy the elegance of this spacious, green-tinged room with wooden flooring. The room is recently furnished and lovingly decorated with green-grey themed artwork and plants. The bedroom has a large double glazed window looking out into the garden, allowing for plenty of natural light. The entire room is divided into two separate areas: a bedroom and a living room area, both of which are for you.

The bedroom, living room area, garden and your own toilet are all located on the bottom floor of the house. You can move, add or even completely remove the furniture and decor as you like - except the bookcase and sofas. The kitchen (bottom floor) and bathroom (above floor) are shared with the two hosts (mother and son, both working professionals). Only one of us cooks and not every day. The kitchen includes essential appliances (oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and so on).

The room is available for single tenants at £600 per month.

The house is located in a quiet, suburban area in Harrow. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and green spaces within walking distance. Rayners Lane Tube Station (Piccadilly and Metropolitan Line) is a 10-minute walk from the house, making it easy to get into Central London and other parts of the city.
