Large Double Room detached bungalow

I'm looking for a quiet person for house share.

- 5 min walk from Eastcote tube station (Metropolitan Line & Piccadilly Line).

- Free parking on the road outside the house.

- The house is situated on a residential cul-de-sac and very quiet.

- The room is on the ground floor, south-facing and bright. The wall was professionally repainted in April 2021.

- The room is listed as unfurnished but optional pieces of furnitures can be included for free (wardrobe, desk, table, chair, chest of drawers, etc.).

- Shared bathroom and kitchen

- Washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra freezer

- The bills (water/electricity/gas/council tax/broadband) are to be shared equally with me. I don't have a TV so I don't have a TV license either.

- The back garden is quite large and if you are into gardening and/growing veggies, there are a greenhouse and two small raised beds.

And a few other bits of info
• I'm a classical pianist by profession and I do practise and teach in the house. Would be a great house for another musician/music student!
• I have a small well-behaved dog (dachshund) living with me, so please be a dog lover.
