OPTION 1: Parking Permit would need to be applied for (available from Ealing Council for a fee). For this option, you would need to register the car to the house address to prove that you live there.
OPTION 2: The road is free to park in the evening and night, so if you take your car to work, and only park there in the evening and night, then no permit is required for those times. Any time you do need to park there during the day there is a 'pay as you go' parking system which gives you 24 hours parking for £5.
