Lodgers bedroom

I have a double garden room, a single room and a bathroom on the ground floor and I live upstairs with my own bathroom. The living room is on the first floor as we overlook the canal and can see the boats going by. Your room is a double room with French windows onto a large garden and the bathroom is next to your room. I am happy to have visitors on arrangement and the living areas are shared. I enjoy having lodgers and sharing the occasional meal with them.

I am a tidy person with quality furniture and will not accept a lodger who smokes. I expect my lodgers to maintain a high level of cleanliness through the flat and show respect for my home and its contents.
I will only accept working professions, no students.
I prefer younger lodgers who are outgoing. I work away a fair bit and you would have the flat to yourself when I'm away at weekends. I like having friends over for meals and at weekends who also stay at times. I work with children who have disabilities.

There is off street parking and local shops and bus links to underground and mainline stations. Very good connections to the M40, M25, M4 and Heathrow.
