We have a small room with private bathroom available for short term lettings as from October. This is room only with shared kitchen. Ideal for anyone seeking long-term accommodation in the area and needing temporary accommodation.

The room is furnished with a small double bed, built in wardrobes, and It has its own private shower/bathroom.

The house is situated in the heart of St Margarets, with a 5 minute walk to St Margarets overland train station. Trains usually depart every 15 to Waterloo as well as out of London. There are also bus stops within a short walk, with routes into Richmond, Twickenham, Hounslow, Heathrow etc. We are within walking distance into Richmond town centre and nearby parks include: Marble Hill, Old Dear Park and Richmond Park.

We are a family of 3 looking for a FEMALE tenant, and happy to consider Monday to Friday, or work around your current situation. We are clean and tidy and considerate and would like someone like minded. Sense of humour essential!

I should add that we have a dog! So preferably we would like someone who likes animals! Betsy is a one year old cocker spaniel who is kept in the living area and not allowed upstairs. She is a very happy and friendly dog.
