Large Kingsize room to rent in a large 2 bedroom flat in Staines, 5 minutes walk from the city centre and within easy reach of the train station which has a train to London Waterloo in 35 mins. Also nearby to M25, Heathrow, Windsor. Off street parking. Shared garden. I bought the flat in January 2014. I am a 27 year old female working as a Manager at British Airways Head Office, Waterside. I'll shortly be relocating to the USA for work and therefore you'll be living with my flatmate Sam who is a 23 year old male. He is very easy to live with, clean, quiet but social, and a keen cyclist and badminton player. I'll regularly be back in the UK (every 4-6 weeks) so will be checking in and will be easily contactable should any issues arise.
Rent includes all bills including a cleaner every other week.
There will be additional rent for couples.
