Spacious double room in delightful, large house

Lovely furnished double room available in large, characterful house, sharing with one other person (me) on Stanmore Hill, a short walk from the restaurants and shops on Stanmore Broadway, and 12 mins walk from the tube station. I am a professional, 37 year old female working full time in central London. I have two friendly cats so please be aware of this if you have any allergies/ an aversion to cats!

Besides the double bedroom, there is a fully furnished living room, well-equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom, conservatory and garden. All bills included (other than phone). I'm happy to consider couples if we get along, in which case the rent would be £860 per month all inclusive.

I'm easygoing, tidy, friendly but also respectful of people's space. I'm not a party animal, high days and holidays excepted (mine and yours of course). Interests include cinema, theatre, comedy, travel, food and swimming.
