Furnished Single Room for Professional

Hi there,

We have a small furnished single room, in a Victorian House, in Lower Sunbury, to suit a working professional who is a non-smoker. The room is furnished and cosy with central heating and double glazing.

The room comes with a new lamp, wardrobe, and side table with draws, while the chair and desk are optional if you prefer to bring your own. There is a spacious chest of draws too. The bed is solid and a good size, with a mattress and a brand new memory foam blanket-topper. We have spare bedding, but would prefer if you bring your own.

You can enjoy shared use of the Bathroom / Kitchen / Dining Room & Garden. There is also full Wi-Fi access 24/7. Both of us work full-time & rota shifts. We keep a friendly, relaxed and tidy house :)

The house itself is situated in a lovely part of Sunbury Village, right by the Thames, with all convenient amenities to hand, including parks, pubs, groceries, chemist, florist, hardware store & post office, plus restaurants, all on our doorstep.

Sunbury train station is a 20 minute walk away, while the 216 Bus (Kingston - Staines) runs until past midnight and is just a few seconds from the house. Hampton Station is a 5 minute bus ride away and the train from there takes you direct into Waterloo, approx 40 mins travel time.

Resident parking is available for a nominal annual fee (we will cover this for you) and local car parks are close by.

Ideally we are looking for another female professional, while it could also suit a mon-friday arrangement, which we have taken on successfully before.
