A large lounge that connects directly out into a medium sized back garden. There is a medium sized kitchen with two medium under counter fridges (one each), washing machine and dishwasher (no tumble dryer). There is also a shared bathroom with shower/bath.

There is no off street parking, but I find parking easily on the street every night. There is space in the garden shed to store a bicycle.

Location:
Its an 8 min walk to the Teddington high street, with M&S, Sainsbury local a Tesco Metro all within 15 min walk. Teddington Station is 12 min walk away and a bus stop for the R68 (to Richmond) is 3 min walk away.

Grove Gardens park is 1 min away, and is small and quiet, and is a perfect place to read or have a small picnic.

Walking and running trails along the Thames are easily accessible by the Teddington Lock Footbridge. Bushy park and Richmond park are also a short drive (or cycle) away.

Rent and bills:
Rent is £670 pcm, we spilt bills separately and are about £30 - 60 pcm each (water, gas, electricity and unlimited internet) and current council tax is £82 a month. There is also a kitty for cleaning supplies and toilet paper of £10 pcm. So rent, all bills and council tax come to £792 to £822pcm.
