A furnished double room with a 3 door built-in wardrobe and extra shelves as storage available in a 2 bed maisonette. It has a double bed which can be removed if required

Lovely spacious lounge connects directly out into a private back garden. There is a fair sized kitchen with two under counter fridges (so we have one each), washing machine and dishwasher (no tumble dryer). Bathroom is shared with over shower/bath, toilet and washand basin.

No off street parking, but I find parking easily on the street every night. Bonus is there is space in the garden shed to store a bicycle.

Location:
8 min walk to the Teddington high street, with lots of pubs, cafe's , lovely restaurants an a few takeaways . For groceries:- M&S foodhall , Sainsbury, local a Tesco Metro all within 15 min walk. Teddington Station is 12 min walk away and a very convenient bus stop for the R68 (to Richmond) is 3 min walk away.

Grove Gardens park is 1 min away, and is small and quiet, and is a perfect place to read or have a small picnic. The area is a conservation area , so beautifully green and quiet

Walking and running trails along the Thames are easily accessible by the Teddington Lock Footbridge. Bushy park and Richmond park are also a short drive (or cycle) away. Its a lovely friendly place to stay ,lovely neighbours and neighborhood.

Rent is £700 pmThere is also a kitty for cleaning supplies and toilet paper of +/-£10 pcm.
