THE HOUSE

The house comes fully furnished with a large shared kitchen diner. You will also have access to 350 Mbps Ultra fast Internet throughout.

The kitchen has an induction cooker with 4 hobs. Microwave and oven provided. All kitchen equipment and utensils are provided.

The high spec boiler with a pressurised hot water system will ensure hot water is available at all times while keeping the house nice and cosy in the winter.

All rooms have smoke alarms and fire doors for your own safety.

Twice monthly cleaning of communal spaces provided.

OUTDOOR LIVING

A large side and rear garden is available along with patio furniture to relax in the summer months.
