Monday To Friday Nr Richmond Bridge

Double room (for single occupancy only) in a comfortable 2 bedroom maisonette set in communal gardens in East Twickenham, just over Richmond Bridge.

The room is available Monday to Friday only, preferably between 3 and 5 nights per week. The rate of 500 pcm is for a 4 night let which is 28.76 per night over a year. An adjustment would be made for a 3 night or a 5 night let.
We're looking for a sensible, clean and tidy person, over thirty-five, who has their main home elsewhere.

Residents' parking is available at around 75p per required day. Richmond town with its cinemas, theatres, shops, restaurants etc. is a 10 minute walk and Richmond train/tube station is 18 mins walk/15 mins by bus.
St Margarets train station is 14 mins walk/10 mins by bus. The Thames towpath is a four minute walk from the property so lovely river views and access to parkland are almost on the doorstep.

Sometimes I will be there, sometimes my husband, but rarely both of us together, except some weekends. We are freelance professionals whose collective interests are music, travel, hiking, art, comedy and aviation, to name a few.
