Bright and spacious double bedroom - bills incl

Hi, I have spacious double room to let in a non smoking house, for £650pcm bills inc. in Hillingdon Village, Uxbridge.

It is recently decorated and has a double bed, large & small wardrobe, two chest of drawers & bedside unit and a small desk & chair
The house is bright and colourful, and the room has a view of the back garden.
The vibe in the house is laid back and fun, but is not a party house.

Uxbridge & Hillingdon tube stations are within about 15 mins walk (Met & Piccadilly) and on street permit parking outside. It's about 5 mins from the A40/M4/M40/M25. The A10 bus to central Heathrow stops about 30 secs away, along with the 427 to Uxbridge/Ealing.

There is wifi available, Virgin Media (0wn TV needed) a nice patio garden and all mod cons.

Bit of extra info - there are 2 local pubs within about 1 min walk , a Chinese takeaway /off license/general store within the same distance (good) but it's generally nice and quiet (better). For more shops Uxbridge town centre is close, there is a big Tesco near too.

I am young 40 yo, professional working in finance, with a passion for the creative! I'm easygoing, keen on cycling, travelling, the great outdoors, gardening, and making arts & crafts in my spare time. I like the place to be kept clean and tidy without being overzealous.
