I don’t have any other rooms for rent besides this room..

Before booking a viewing, it is essential that we have a WhatsApp chat to discuss if you are suitable for the home and the home is suitable for you. If we are all happy over a WhatsApp chat, then we may book a personal or video viewing.

Spacious, Single Room. Single bed. The bed cannot be removed to accommodate a double bed.

Pets are welcome at an extra cost.
No big dogs. Only tiny puppies, age doesn’t matter, as long as the puppy is very tiny and does not grow.

The room comes with own private bathroom, which is next to the room.

Rent includes all bills as well as WiFi. This rent is not negotiable. It cannot be made cheaper..
NO Couples.

10-12 mins walk to Uxbridge tube/bus station, supermarkets, town centre, cinema, restaurants.

The house is clean and modern.
Looking for a clean, respectable person.

Short term rentals will be considered at a nightly rate.
