Live in landlord works in the media and uses the house as a commuter home, staying Sunday nights through to Thursday during working periods.

Tennant will have use of kitchen, bathroom (one upstairs, one shower and toilet downstairs), living room, large back garden and washing facilities (washer and tumble dryer).

Rent is £600pm, all bills included with fibre broadband. Large TV in the living room. Couples to pay £700 per month.

10 minute walk to Harrow and Wealdstone station with Bakerloo and Overground lines. Short bus ride to Harrow on the Hill Met line. You can be in the centre of London in half an hour.

Easy access to shops on the high-street, including Asda, Iceland and Boots. Large Morrisons and LIdl a bus ride away. Shopping centre in Harrow has a cinema and restaurants, about a 15 minute bus from the end of the road. Gym and leisure centre also only 5 mins from the house.
