We have a beautiful double attic room in our house share for rent.

Room comes with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. A very clean and bright room which has 2 skylights and gets sun all day

Just a little bit about us and the house:

Located less than 5 minute walking distance from Preston Road tube station (metropolitan line) as well as 8 minute walk from South Kenton tube station (Bakerloo Line) Zone 4.

Close to main road shops and a walk away from large Sainsbury's in Kenton and 1 tube stop from Asda in Wembley Park. Also walking distance/short tube or bus away from both Harrow on the Hill town centre and Wembley Park amenities. 30 minutes from central London - super quick.

Looking to find someone who is a good fit and gets along well with us. The room is available from 08/08/2023. We are all semi-social in the house and have a good relationship despite being multiple nationalities/ages and varying schedules. We sometimes catch up over cup of tea or a slice of toast, sit in the garden in summer etc however we all also understand the importance of space and quiet time.

2 shared bathrooms with additional third WC, large converted kitchen diner with double doors onto large garden. Always clean and we respect the house and clean up after ourselves and expect this from our new housemate. A professional cleaner comes once every 2 weeks for a deeper clean of all communal areas.

We have a great relationship with the property agency who maintain the house who are always quick to respond to any queries we have.

We are all young working professionals between 22 to mid 30s and all get along.

Rent: £750 pcm all bills inclusive
Deposit: £400
Holding deposit: £150 which is non-refundable if new tenant passes referencing and then decides to not take the room. Holding fee does however go towards the £400 deposit once references are passed.
Cannot have any defaults/CCJ's registered on your credit file and no criminal record.
