I will have one large double and bright bedroom with a large bay window with lots of natural light to rent out later in a clean and quiet house. Ideally it will suit either a single student or a non smoking professional who is considerate and respectful of others.

I will consider a minimum of 3 months short let to 1 year or longer and by mutual agreement

The house is very well located to all amenities with approximately 3 minutes walk to Wembley High Road and Wembley Central tube station Bakerloo Line) and a short distance to both Alperton and Sudbury Town tube stations on the Piccadilly Line if travelling to Heathrow airport. There are also 2 great parks close by for the health conscious person who wishes to either take walks or engage in jogging.

Good transport links to the City takes approximately 30 minutes on the Bakerloo Line to Oxford Circle station.

There is the option of using several buses to different destinations including taking a 15 - 20 minutes ride in bus 182 directly to Westminster University Harrow Campus, Northwick Park Hospital and Harrow City Centre. Other buses are 92 & 483 which will take you directly to Ealing Hospital or to go to Central Middlesex Hospital, you can jump on to the Bakerloo line and it will take you only 2 stops. There are also buses 279, 83, 79, 204 and 223.

Rental price for the room will be £750.00 per Calendar month (inclusive of bills. Washing machine available to use with unlimited internet.

The room is very spacious, clean and ready to move into, however part of the property is undergoing some renovation work that will not affect your day to day activities, therefore only contact me if you won't mind.

There is only one bathroom/toilet and to avoid overcrowding this will not be suitable for a couple.
