Not prepared to rent to ‘just anyone’ who is willing to pay rent. Looking for a decent, polite, civilized, mature minded, friendly, polite and tidy person. Very homely and respectful set up. Not the usual London madness or chaotic overcrowding.

The spacious large double are all with King bed and comfy mattress (Best quality), wardrobe, book shelf, pc desk, office chair and view to the garden. very bright sunny room.

Extra Large double have Plenty of Camel storage in many built in Wardrobes. Peaceful and quiet.

Sweet and comfortably cosy large double room s lovely home. Wembley park tube is short walk away, so is Preston road tube, perhaps 7-8 mins walk.

Wembley park tube best located at short walk! buses 245 183 79 204 all between 1-3 mins walk from the house.

Comfortable and desirable, spacious, Detached pretty place, with very homely feeling and happily welcoming home excellently located for many tubes and buses. Very good heating system that keeps the home warm.

Generally one month rent and a months rent as deposit is to be paid up front, In some cases when You are unable to support/prove to support your tenancy, or generally, Preference may be given to those who can advance pay many months of rent or duration of stay. In your First message, Please advise if you are in that financial position!

large double are fairly generous with King size bed and mattress with other bits of furniture in them including large computer desk and office chair and side coffee table yet ample space in them.

Fully equipped kitchen with cabinets and drawers, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer are the usual in the kitchen

Excellently located for quick access to both jubilee line and Metropolitan line at Wembley park as well as near by Bakerloo line and over ground silver link

North west London short bus ride from Willesden green and Kilburn, less than 10 mins walk to Wembley stadium and L. D. O

Designer outlet with plenty of designer shops, cafe bars, Hilton hotel, Novotel hotel, most banks, coffee chain shops, restaurants, north west village, vue cinema, football facilities and plenty more to keep busy. Newly built designer outlet offers a range of job opportunities too at a short walk from the property
