This is our family home that is modern and very clean, we are looking for a very chilled and easy going person to share our home.
We do have pets who are very clean/ quiet and very very well behaved and really friendly ( so must be ok with dogs). Our current tenant had never had or been around dogs before and she now says she loves and will miss them so much.
We will require a reference if you have rented before or a personal reference from your place of work if you haven’t.

The rent is £550 per calendar month and a months deposit is required prior to moving in. There is no minimum or maximum rental period.
