Roommate required for a massive double room

Hi, I am Samidha, I am looking for a female roommate to share a pretty big double bedroom in my current house. I’ve been renting a single room in this house but I want to cut on rent so thinking of sharing.

The room has two new single beds, cupboards, desk and chairs, also a mini freezer. There’s a big Victorian style window and nice open field in the front of the house. We have a back garden too and plenty of storage space. There’s space for parking.

The property is old but it’s fully furnished and functional. I haven’t had any issues in this house since last 2 years. All the bills, council tax and Internet are included in the rent. The landlords live next door and are pretty accommodating for your needs.

The room is priced at 750 per month. So when sharing, it’s 375 per person per month. The room is being freshly painted too. We will have some freedom to decorate or arrange it as we like for maximum privacy. Move in is flexible but sooner the better.

I am looking for someone who is sociable and friendly as it can be handy when living in the same room. But I do respect privacy too. Rules can be worked out by mutual understanding. I also practice piano and belly dancing so it would be nice to have someone who’s cool with it or shares those interests. My female friend sometimes comes over so I’d like to spend a good time with everyone. We are pretty open and LGBTQ+ friendly.
