Lovely, homely flat near Craigleith retail park

Living room

I am a freelance graphic designer renting a lovely, homely flat across from Craigleith retail park. I am looking for like-minded female flatmate to share with. I like to keep things clean and tidy, I have a lot of quiet nights in front of the tv or pottering on my computer (more now due to lockdown). I work for myself so I work from the flat and I often work at night (I'm a night owl but I try not to make much noise). Pre-lockdown I love to go out for coffee and drinks with my friends but I try to go out to meet them so the living room is free for my flatmate to relax (ideally it would help if my flatmate did the same so we don't have to work around each others schedules).

I often go home to Perth to see my family at the weekend. I'm chatty but also happy in my own space. The flat has a nice living room, good sized kitchen, shared bathroom with electric shower and the bedroom has a built-in mirror wardrobe. I'm ideally looking for a female flatmate, non-student (for council tax reasons) around the same age who is friendly, considerate and easy-going.
