Double Bedroom (living area available)

Available Monday 9th December 2019 - Spacious fully furnished double bedroom (wardrobe, Unit with drawers/baskets and shelves, double bed, desk and chair). Shared bathroom/kitchen. Looking for mature lodger. Own living area can be provided using third bedroom it has couch, small dining table/chairs, Smart TV, Wifi (additional cost £30pm).

One level no stairs within, garden area. Kitchen cupboad provided for storage of food. Use of cutlery, dishes, pans etc., and small fridge in additional room.

Happy to accept less rental time if room is available. Longer rental will be based on 3 to 6 monthly agreement!. Rent is every 4 weeks.

There is a pet (cat) just to make anyone aware in case of any allergies etc. Cat is an outdoor cat, more out than in. Happy to answer any further questions you may have on area etc. Myself and my partner are in the house most of the week and only away one or two days a week staying at partners home. I have a 14yr old who visits frequently.

There are no major house rules I want any lodger to feel at home, but I do expect the lodger to leave the shared areas clean and tidy (bathroom and kitchen). I expect the lodger to respect others in the house with regards to volume of TV/music sound.

There is a bus to the city centre takes 30-40 minutes from village high street or there is a bus few steps around corner from property that does a different route via the Hospital/shopping centre takes approximately 45 minutes to town.
