Double Room inc. bills EH19

Hello!

Looking for a similarly aged professional or student to come and stay in the room. Ideally someone clean, has a sense of courtesy, respect and diligence. I recycle, compost, and food waste and expect you to do the same thanks!

Would ideally suit a veggie or veg loving vegan as I'm vegetarian plus there's a bonus...keep reading to find out!

It's pretty basic room but has a lot of potential: feel free to hang posters, paint the walls, bring your own bedding etc.

Keeping the room tidy is a must as is changing the sheets, regular cleaning and sharing out the chores, it will be as much your home as it is mine.

Whether you're a hermit or a social animal, I don't mind, although I often work from home so do need space to get things done :)

I'm quite relaxed and asides from the randomness of the house, it's relatively kept clean and tidy too.

Currently my house is going through a bit of a renovation, the living room doesn't have any furniture in it, and the house is always changing. Looking at getting locks on the doors for that extra level of privacy and security, another bonus of the advert!

All bills are included: that's broadband, heating, hot water, use of appliances, electricity, council tax.

The house and contents are insured and will cover some of your belongings too.

If you are a student then I would expect you to contribute to the tax even though traditionally you are exempt from paying it, however this is a mixed offering to both students and pros alike :)

Travel is frequent by bus on the 31 service; a monthly ticket will cost £60 for travel to and from the city. Takes anything from 20 to 40 mins on a good traffic free day.

An unexpected and unique bonus is I often have loads of free organic produce every week!

There's usually so much, feel free to help yourself!

Other than the relative "strictness" of the waste sorting, it's quite a laid back place.

Points to note further:
+There's a driveway for parking
-No TV or TV license
-No smoking, in or out
-No pets
-No children
-No extra guests, parties, shouting, etc. the usual things.

Ideally looking for a few references; payment for rent is monthly in advance on the 1st, but I can be flexible.
