Lovely Bruntsfield room to let - from Jan 21st

Front Room

We are a young professional couple who have been living in a 2-bed Bruntsfield flat for 6 months. Unfortunately, our 3rd flatmate is moving on to follow a new opportunity, and we are so fond of the flat that we would much prefer to find someone new to share with for the next few months than to move. Ideally, we would like to find someone to take on our flatmate's part in the lease 22nd Jan - 22nd June. We are planning a move in the summer, but if you like the flat we are on a rolling lease, so landlord would be open to another new tenant taking on our double room in the summer.

We are both working full time so are pretty dull on weeknights, but are laidback, chatty folk who enjoy the usual millenial pastimes (beers, murder mystery shows, Frank Ocean etc).

We split everything in the flat 3 ways (rent, bills, council tax). This means a lovely room in a 2-bed Bruntsfield flat for only 1/3 of the rent. Professionals would be preferred by landlord. Please get in contact if you would like any more info!
